金属空心构件柔性成形技术研究进展

具有复杂空间轴线或复杂异形截面的金属空心构件在航空航天、轨道交通、核能工程及建筑装饰领域应用广泛,承担着介质传输、结构承载的重要功能,常被誉为核心装备中的"血管"或"生命线"。现有的金属空心构件成形方法大部分依赖成形模具以实现金属材料的塑性变形,难以满足构件形状复杂程度与成形质量的综合要求。本文介绍了金属空心构件柔性成形技术及研究进展,该技术通过规划成形机构的运动轨迹,使局部金属材料产生多道次累积塑性变形,实现复杂金属空心构件的整体柔性成形。本文从柔性成形技术的基本原理、工艺方法到装备研制等多个方面介绍适用于不同空间轴线及不同类型截面的金属空心构件的柔性成形研究进展,并总结未来金属空心构件柔性成形技术的发展方向。
Metal hollow members with complex spatial axes or complex special-shaped sections are widely used in the fields of aerospace, rail transit, nuclear energy engineering and architectural decoration, and bear the important functions of medium transmission and structural bearing, which is often called "blood vessel" or "lifeline" in core equipment.Most of the forming methods of metal hollow components rely on forming dies to realize the plastic deformation of metal material, which is difficult to meet the comprehensive requirements of component shape complexity and forming quality. This paper introduces the flexible forming technology and research progress of metal hollow components. By planning the motion trajectory of the forming mechanism, the local metal materials produce multi-pass cumulative plastic deformation to realize the overall flexible forming of complex metal hollow components. This paper introduces the research progress of flexible forming of metal hollow components suitable for different spatial axes and different types of sections from the basic principle, process method and equipment development of flexible forming technology, and summarizes the development direction of flexible forming technology of metal hollow components in the future.
