电动汽车变速器的振动分析
Vibration analysis of electric vehicle transmission
目前电动汽车越来越普遍,由于环保、节能方便等优点受到人们的青睐,但是对电动车的舒适性也提出了更高的要求,因此本文针对电动汽车的振动问题进行研究。本文主要通过数学方法--传递矩阵法对电动汽车变速器进行了建模并分析,并且同时利用三维造型软件分别对电动汽车的电动机与变速器进行了建模,然后利用ANSYS软件进行了仿真分析。这样同时利用两种方法求得系统的固有频率,更加接近实际值。为电动汽车的振动研究提供了相关的依据。
he electric vehicle is becoming more and more common, due to advantages of convenience, environmental protection and energy conservation,favored by people, but the electric vehicle comfort is also put forward higher requirements, so the article studied the vibration problem of electric vehicle.In this paper, through mathematical method--the transfer matrix method for modeling the electric automobile transmission,then by using three-dimensional modeling software, the motor and transmission are modeled, then did some simulation analysis by using ANSYS software. so the natural frequency of system by two square method , is closer to the actual value. The related basis for the study of the vibration of electric vehicle is provided.
