基于灰关联分析的R&D投入结构与技术交易规模关系研究
Study on Relationship between R&D Investment Structure and Technology Trading Scale based on the Grey Relational Analysis
根据我国2006-2010年R&D经费、人员投入和技术市场成交额、合同项数数据,利用灰关联分析理论,研究了R&D投入结构与技术交易规模间的关系。结果表明:(1)R&D投入与技术交易规模有着密切的关系,而且R&D经费投入相对于R&D人员投入对技术交易规模有更强的影响;(2)政府和企业作为R&D经费的主要来源均与技术交易规模有着较强的相关关系,其中政府R&D经费投入对技术交易规模有更强的影响;(3)R&D基础研究、应用研究、试验发展三者投入结构的合理配置有利于加大技术交易深度、扩大技术交易广度。
Based on the 2006-2010 data of R&D expenditure, staff input, technical market turnover and the number of contracts, the relationship between R&D investment structure and the scale of technology trading is determined in this paper by applying grey relational analysis theory. The results suggested that the R&D investment is closely related to the technology trading scale; and also R&D funding has a relatively stronger influence on technology trading scale compared with R&D staff input. As the major sponsors of R&D funding, Governments and enterprises significantly affects technology trading scale, and government R&D funding has a relative stronger impact on the scale of technology trading. Therefore, conducting R&D basic research, application research, and test development among the reasonable allocation of the three inputs help to increase the depth of technology trading and expansion.
