大冶铁矿无底柱分段崩落法采场出矿截止品位研究
Study on Cut-off Grade for Ore Drawing of Sublevel Caving in Daye Iron
由于资源枯竭和开采方式的变更,重新研究大冶铁矿无底柱地下采场出矿截止品位是非常必要的。研究表明,增加抛尾工艺,将现有出矿截止品位20%降低到15%在技术上和经济上是可行的。在满足选矿工艺对入选原矿品位的要求的同时,矿石损失率下降了8.37个百分点,提高了矿产资源的利用价值,延长矿山寿命8年.
Owing to the resource exhaustion and the change in mining method, it is necessary to restudy the cut-off grade for ore drawing of sublevel caving in Daye Iron. The investigation indicates it is feasible technically and economically to reduce the cut-off grade for ore drawing of sublevel caving from 20% to 15% with adding tailings discarding process. Not only can it meet the processing technical requirements on grade of crude ore, but also decrease the rate of ore loss 8.37 percentage points, enhance the utilization rate of mineral resources, extend the mine life for eight years more.
