环丙氟虫胺对土壤真菌群落多样性的影响
Effects of Cyproflanilide on the diversity of soil fungal communities
土壤微生物是农田生态系统重要组成部分,微生物的多样性是农业生产赖以生存的基础。环丙氟虫胺作为一种新型的双酰胺类杀虫剂,对水稻二化螟具有杰出的防效,但是该杀虫剂的使用对于水稻稻田土壤环境的影响尚未报道研究。本文通过扩增ITS rRNA序列对环丙氟虫胺处理和环丙氟虫胺未处理的两种水稻稻田土壤微生物进行高通量测序,通过OTU分析、Alpha多样性分析、菌群分析、Beta多样性分析以及真菌功能预测分析环丙氟虫胺的使用对稻田土壤的影响。研究结果表明环丙氟虫胺的使用增加了稻田土壤真菌群落的丰富度和多样性,影响了稻田的真菌群落组成。
Soil microorganisms are an important part of farmland ecosystems, and the diversity of microorganisms is the basis for the survival of agricultural production. As a new type of bis-amide insecticide, cyproflanilide has outstanding efficacy against rice stem borer, but the effect of this insecticide on the soil environment of rice paddy fields has not been reported. In this study, we performed high-throughput sequencing of soil microorganisms in two rice paddy fields, one treated with cyproflanilide and the other untreated with cyproflanilide, by amplifying ITS rRNA sequences, and analyzed the effects of cyproflanilide use on rice paddy fields by OTU analysis, Alpha diversity analysis, flora analysis of microorganisms, Beta diversity analysis, and fungal function prediction. The results of the study indicated that the use of cyproflanilide increased the abundance and diversity of soil fungal communities in paddy fields and affected the composition of the fungal communities in paddy fields.
