Progress in the Synthesis of Quinazoline and Quinazolinone Derivatives

喹唑啉和喹唑啉酮衍生物广泛存在于天然产物中,它们呈现出抗癌、抗病毒、抗结核病等多种生物活性和药物活性,是两类重要的氮杂环化合物。它们已广泛应用于医药和农药领域等领域中,因而它们的合成一直备受有机化学和药物化学工作者的关注。本文综述了近几年来喹唑啉和喹唑啉酮衍生物的各种合成方法,包括介绍了合成这两类氮杂环化合物时采用的底物、反应条件,特点,并给出一些重要合成方法的反应机理。最后,对未来喹唑啉和喹唑啉酮衍生物的合成进行了展望。

Quinazoline and quinazolinone derivatives widely found in natural products are important two kinds of N-heterocycles, and they have exhibited various biological and pharmacological activities such as anti-cancer, anti-virus and anti-tuberculosis functions, so they have been applied as drugs and pesticides. This review focuses on the advance in synthesis of quinazoline and quinazolinone derivatives including use of substrates, reaction conditions, advantages in the methods, and some important mechanisms are provided. Finally, the future development for synthesis of quinazoline and quinazolinone derivatives is also discussed.
