荭草花化学成分指纹图谱研究

Study on fingerprints of chemical constituents of Flowers Polygoni Orientalis

目的: 建立荭草花HPLC特征指纹图谱,为该药材的品质评价提供参考。方法:以花旗松素为参照物,采用HPLC法,Diamonsil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸水(梯度洗脱);检测波长为280 nm;流速为1.0 mLomin-1;柱温为30 ℃。结果:12个不同产地的荭草花药材指纹图谱标定出18个共有峰,其中指认出4个共有峰,分别为花旗松素,儿茶素,没食子酸,3,3'-二甲氧基鞣花酸-4-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷。通过"中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统"软件计算,12个不同产地荭草花指纹图谱相似度均>0.9。结论:本实验方法重现性好,指纹图谱专属性强,可为荭草花药材的鉴别及质量控制提供科学依据。

Objective:To establish the HPLC fingerprint method of Flowers Polygoni Orientalis. Methods:HPLC, Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm × 200 mm, 5 μm), mobile phase was acetonitrile -0.1% phosphoric acid (gradient elution), the detection wavelength was 280 nm and flow rate was 1.0 mLomin-1,the column temperature was 30 ℃. Results: Eighteen common peaks were pointed out from the HPLC fingerprint of 9 places of Flowers Polygoni Orientalis; Flowers Polygoni Orientalis different batches were of strong similarity.Conclusion: The repetition,stability and precision of the method is good and it can be used to control the quality of Flowers Polygoni Orientalis.
