根据电站锅炉参数的大惯性、时滞及非线性等特点,通过现场测量本文获得不同负荷工况下锅炉机组烟气含氧量的最佳控制值。锅炉烟气行氧量作为一项衡量锅炉燃烧经济性的重要参数具有很高的研究价值。研究目的在于确定在不同工况下的锅炉烟气行氧量的最优值来保持锅炉工做的的经济性和高效性,针对引用对象某电厂100MW机组,依次采集热工参数、建立烟气行氧量模型、建立微分方程计算、现场测试来验证数学模型的正确性与可行性。实现对锅炉烟气行氧量的优化控制。

In view of the great inertia, large time delay and nonlinear characteristics in parameter monitoring of power plant thermal boilers, field test get the best value of oxygen content at different load and working conditions. Fuel gas oxygen content is a important parameter in boiler economic research and it is a direct indicator to show boiler`s working condition. Base on the 100MW boiler unit, by means of collecting data, creating gas oxygen content model, establish partial differential equation, solving equation and field test. A proper gas oxygen content set value can be confirmed.
