本文以模块化设计思想为指导,设计了一系列适用于工业现场的智能PROFIBUS-DP从站。从站从硬件及功能上分为三部分:其一是基于C8051F023微处理器的主控单元;其二是基于西门子ASIC芯片SPC3的PROFIBUS-DP通信接口单元;其三是各种类型的输入/输出电路单元。其中主控单元和通信接口单元电路相对固定,各类从站的具体功能由不同的输入/输出电路区分。这种模块化的硬件设计方案具有设计灵活、可移植性强的特点。

Under the guidance of modular design method, this paper designs a series of intelligent PROFIBUS-DP slave stations suitable for industrial fields. A slave station can be divided into three parts from the hardware and the function: one is microprocessor control unit based on C8051F023, the other is PROFIBUS-DP communication interface unit based on Siemens ASIC chip SPC3, the third is various types of I/O circuit unit. The microprocessor control unit and communication interface unit are relatively fixed. Different I/O circuits distinguish the specific function of various slave stations. This modular hardware design method have the features of good flexibility and strong portability.
