兰州地铁钻孔咬合桩设计优化研究

运用有限元软件ABAQUS建立钻孔咬合桩等效地下连续墙结构的有限元模型,模拟了基坑在不同开挖工况条件下的桩位移和弯矩,并且分析了兰州地铁基坑钻孔咬合桩支护结构中咬合量、桩截面尺寸、素混凝土桩强度和桩身插入比对桩位移和弯矩的影响。研究结果表明,兰州地铁基坑使用钻孔咬合桩支护体系具有适用性,能够达到安全指标。计算给出了咬合桩咬合量、桩截面尺寸和桩身插入比的建议取值,以及素混凝土桩所用混凝土的最佳强度等级。本文为兰州地铁钻孔咬合桩支护结构的设计和施工提供了一定的参考依据。

he finite element software ABAQUS is used to establish the finite element model of diaphragm wall which is equivalent to secant pile wall, and to simulate pile displacement and bending moment under the different working conditions of foundation excavation, then to analyze the effect of secant degree , pile section size, strength of plain concrete piles and ratio of embedded depth of piles of the retaining structure for Lanzhou subway pit on the pile displacement and bending moment. The results show that, Lanzhou subway pit adopting the secant pile wall supporting structure has applicability and can achieve safety target. This paper provides the suggested value of the secant degree, pile section size, ratio of embedded depth of piles and optimum strength grade of concrete of the plain concrete piles, which offers reference and guidance to the construction and design of the secant pile wall in Lanzhou subway pit.
