基于聚焦合成的砂轮表面三维重构方法
3-D surface reconstruction of grinding wheel topography based on depth from focus
提出一种基于聚焦合成(depth from focus)恢复砂轮三维地貌的新方法。利用显微镜物镜焦深范围有限,观察砂轮样本时不能聚焦清晰图像的特点,先采集同一区域的一系列聚焦在不同深度的图像,用图像聚焦评价函数(Laplacian算子)进行图像叠合、比较,可得到图像中不同位置的深度信息,最后通过高斯插值法得到三维的砂轮表面。并根据所的得到三维地貌数据,对砂轮磨刃高度分布进行了计算
a method to reconstruction grinding wheel 3-D topograhpy is presented. Microscope have the problem of limited depth of focus,which make some area of image in one view blurred. Through Gathering a series of image in different focus for one site,these image are fused and comparaed by the fucus evaluation function,and then the information of depth are extracted and the three dimension topography of grinding wheel are constructed by gaussian interpolation algorithm.and the height distribution of grid blade are gained by using the data of 3-d topography.
