本工作采用层层自组装技术对壳聚糖材料进行表面修饰,在交联壳聚糖基材表面交替层层自组装带负电荷的香菇多糖硫酸酯和带正电荷的壳聚糖,希望有效改善壳聚糖材料的表面生物性能。通过红外光谱、水接触角、抗菌生物活性测试等对被修饰材料进行了测试和分析,测试结果表明香菇多糖硫酸酯层层自组装修饰的壳聚糖材料表面的亲水性得到明显改善,经过层层自组装修饰后的壳聚糖表面具有十分显著的抑菌效果。

In this work, the chitosan surfaces were modified by layer-by-layer self-assembly technique. Negatively charged lentinan sulfate and positively charged chitosan were alternately deposited onto the cross-linked chitosan substrate, in order to improve the surface property of the modified chitosan. The surface properties were measured by FTIR, water contact angle, and antibacterial bioactivity test. The results indicate that the modified chitosan surfaces become more hydrophilic, and have significant antibacterial bioactivity after layer-by-layer self-assembly modification.
