以Unipol工艺流化床聚乙烯生产装置为应用背景,研究了计算机集成监控系统构架和系统设计问题。首先,分析了聚乙烯生产装置计算机集成控制系统的主要技术内容;其次,给出了系统的总体结构;然后,进行了实时数据库和界面接口的设计,并充分考虑控制系统的可扩展性;最后,给出了实时数据库实现中的相关各技术方面。系统已经成功应用于工业现场。

Under the background of the Unipol polyethylene reactor, this paper studies the framework and implementation of computer integrated control system for the process equipment. First, the functions of computer integrated control system for propylene polymerization process are analysed. Then the total system framework and software structure of computer control system are designed based on the full consideration of extension of the developed system. Finally, the detail design of real-time database, user interface and data interchange are discussed. The system developed in this paper had been used in an industrial propylene device.
