针对农业温室生产智能化控制的需要,集成开发了基于ZigBee、3G及PLC技术的温室集成控制模块,实现了温室远程实时自动控制。ZigBee协调器模块负责采集无限传感器测量的温室环境数据并送至汇聚节点,3G模块负责无线传感器网络数据的上传以及PLC控制命令的下发,PLC则实现温室设备的控制。温室中布设的ZigBee无线传感器节点实时采集温室温/湿度数据并发送到协调器,ZigBee协调器模块收集各无线节点传来数据并对数据进行解析,当数据超过设定界限时启动PLC相应端口,开启/关闭相应的温室调控设备。协调器同时通过3G网络将收集到的温室数据上传至上位机,上位机通过计算形成温室调控决策,该决策可通过3G网络下发至PLC,继而实现调控相应温室设备。实验表明,温室集成控制模块能够自动采集无线传感器网络数据,并根据设定阈值或上位机命令控制温室调控设备,实现了温室生产的智能化控制。

Precison Agriculture plays a key role in agricultural engineering. With the development of information technology, many new concepts like advanced sensing technology, GPS, GIS will be added into the application of Procision Agriculture. Wirelss sensor network now becomes a hot topic in many fields like Civil Engineering, Agricultral Enginnering and Biomedical Engineering. Greenhouse has many controlable factors and is the ideal place for applying wireless sensor network. An intelligent monitoring and controlling system was designed and developed to collect data from the greenhouse environment and then trasmit to the greenhouse server for analyzing and controlling. Jennic 5139 was chosen as the ZigBee node and Simens s7-200 as the PLC module.The sensors monitored humiduty and temperature of the greenhouse. The packet of data were transmitted through wirelss sensor network and sent to the coodinator node. Then the data were inputted into the coodinator node which integrated with PLC and 3G module. The coordinator node sent these data to the greenhouse server via 3G module, meanwhile it analyzed these data and gave signal to PLC to control the corresponding devices. And at the greenhouse server side, based on data analyzing, the server gave the corresponding instructions to the PLC via 3G and ZigBee coordinator to carry out the device controlling. In this way, the automatic control and artificial control were realized. The test showed that the intelligent control was achieved by using the integreted control module of the greenhouse.
