准确检测心电R波是辅助诊断心脏疾病的关键。针对R波检测问题,提出了基于几何形态群组特征的R波检测算法。算法首先用滤波器组对心电信号进行预处理,然后通过整体与局部兼顾的信号处理方式计算几何形态特征值,并使用群组中三个几何形态特征值检测R波,最后采用MIT-BIH标准心律失常数据库验证算法。实验结果表明,算法对R波检测的错检率为1.07%,灵敏度为99.38%,精确率为99.61%,准确率为98.99%。

he accurate detection of ECG R wave is the key to assist in the diagnosis of heart disease. For the R wave detection problem, this paper proposes an R-wave detection algorithm based on geometric group features. Firstly, the algorithm preprocesses the ECG signal with the filter bank. Then, it calculates geometric eigenvalues by means of signal processing giving consideration to both overall and local, and uses the three geometric eigenvalues in the group to detect the R wave. Finally, it adopts MIT-BIH Standard Arrhythmia Database to test and verify this algorithm. The experimental results show that the error detection rate of the algorithm for R wave detection is 1.07%, the sensitivity is 99.38%, the accuracy rate is 99.61%, and the precision rate is 98.99%.
