近代社会经济的高速发展不断加剧道路运输的压力,传统邮政车辆调度系统不能满足日益增长的客户服务水平。结合现代化信息技术建立的邮政车辆管理系统,可有效解决车辆动态监管与调度问题,提高车辆利用率、保障行车安全。通过对邮政车辆管理系统的原理和功能结构进行分析,设计了软件的总体逻辑结构和基于oracle的数据库,并以Java语言结合百度地图API进行软件开发。测试结果表明,基于GIS的邮政车辆管理系统简单实用,提高了工作效率。

Nowadays, the rapid development of social economy increasing the pressure of road transport. Traditonal postal vehicle management system cannot reach the rising level of customer service. Combining with advanced information technology, the system can effectively solve the problem of dynamic regulation and scheduling, improve the utilization rate of vehicles, ensure the driving safety. Firstly, we analysed the principles and functions toward the system. Secondly, we designed the overall logical structure and oracle_based database. Finally, we developed the aimed software with Java and Baidu Map API. Test results reveal that the GIS-based postal vehicle management system is simple to use and can improve work efficiency.
