环境规制、区际产业转移对碳排放的影响分析

his paper analyzes the influence of environmental regulation on industrial transfer and the mechanism of environmental regulation's influence on carbon transferthrough the industrial transfer. The poisson panel model is established, and from the perspective of new enterprise location to explore how environmental regulation affects the location selection behavior of enterprises in industrial transfer. From the regional and industry levels, this paper comprehensively analyse the difference of the influence that environmental regulation have on the new enterprise. This paper also validates the intermediary effect of industrial transfer in environmental regulation on carbon emissions, links environmental regulation, industrial transfer and carbon emission issues,studies the effect of environmental regulation on carbon emission reduction, the impact of industrial transfer on carbon emissions, and how environmental regulation indirectly affect the carbon emissions through industrial transfers. Further discusses the regional differences of the effects of industrial transfer on carbon emissions from the two aspects of environmental regulation differences and differences in economic development.?????
