In the current Internet copyright is a hot issue in the Internet sector.Its research and exploration has a crucial importance for the development of future networking products .Booming network products have brought great opportunities for China Internet,but also have brought new challenges on the traditional field of copyright.The core issue about online copyright is the distribution of benefits.The uneven distribution of benefits, haunts all aspects of network copyright industries, but also affects the healthy development of the industry.This paper introduces the concept of network copyright,and explore online copyright industry chain model and its problems,and improvement the business model of online copyright.
