面向负荷均衡的吹瓶机制造企业订单预投决策方法

均衡企业负荷,提高资源利用率,缩短订单制造周期是制造型企业一项重要又困难的工作,本文以吹瓶机制造企业为研究背景,考虑由订单到达的不确定性与吹瓶机机型结构的差异性而导致的企业负荷不均衡问题,建立了以最大化资源利用率为目标的预投订单决策的整数规划模型。通过对问题进行分析,首先,针对生产单元,提出了几类负荷的计算方法,其次,建立预投订单决策的数学模型,并采用一种基于分支定界的求解算法,最后设计仿真算例,通过仿真分析表明该算法能够解决该类企业生产负荷不均衡的难题。通过这个方法在考虑企业生产负荷的均衡性的情况下,可以精确算得当前决策周期预投订单的机型与数量,为企业管理者提供决策支持和参考。
Balancing the workload, improving the utilization of resources and shortening the manufacturing cycle time are important and difficult works in customized manufacturing enterprises. In the background of blow molding machine manufacturing enterprises, an integer programming model of pre-cast orders to maximize the utilization of resources is established considering the problems of unbalanced workload caused by the random arriving of orders and the diversity of types of machines.Several methods to calculate the workload are proposed for the work cells and an algorithm based on branch and bound is applied.Finally, simulation examples are designed and the results are analyzed to verify the effectivity of the proposed algorithm.The type and the number of machines of pre-cast orders in current decision-making cycle can be obtained by this method, and it will provide decision support for enterprise managers.
