目的:探讨成年小鼠窦房结形态、细胞成分及NF-160和起搏通道HCN4在窦房结细胞内的表达。方法:随机选取10例成年昆明小鼠心房,常规石蜡包埋,连续切片,进行Masson三色染色,NF-160免疫组化染色,光镜下观察。并在此基础上,另取5例小鼠心房,进行连续石蜡切片,并采用NF-160和HCN4抗体进行免疫荧光染色,激光共聚焦显微镜观察。结果:观察到小鼠窦房结位于紧邻上腔静脉的心外膜处,水平面上多呈卵圆形;多数样本可清晰看到窦房结动脉,该动脉可作为定位标志。NF-160及HCN4免疫荧光染色显示:窦房结内齐博细胞和移行细胞同时表达两种抗体。结论:小鼠窦房结位于界沟和上腔静脉之间,水平断面呈卵圆形,窦房结动脉从细胞间穿过;表达NF-160和HCN4。

Objective: To study the morphological structure and NF-160 and HCN4 expression of sinoatrial node in adult mouse. Method: After being routinely embedded in paraffin, completer serial sections of right and left atria were cut, 10 samples were stained with Masson trichrome and NF-160 immunohistochemistry staining, and observed under light microscope. Ather 5 samples were added NF-160 and HCN4 antibodies by immunofluorescence staining, and observed under confocal microscope. Results: The mouse sinoatrial node was located between the superior vena cava and the auricular dextra. The shape of the mouse sinoatrial node was almost ovoid or irregular in horizontal section. The sinus node artery can be seen clearly through the parenchyma of the sinoatrial node in 8 samples, so the artery can be used as a location mark. NF-160 and HCN4 expressed in pacemaker cells and transitional cells. Conclusion: The mouse sinoatrial node located at a high position. The sinus node artery passed through the parenchyma. The cells express both NF-160 and HCN4.?????
