水稻叶色突变体研究进展

Research Progress of Leaf Color Mutants in Rice

叶色突变是模式植株常见的突变表型,在水稻中已发现190多份叶色变异材料,并克隆了多个叶色变异相关基因,主要包括叶绿素合成、降解以及叶绿体分化发育相关基因。本文主要从叶色突变体来源、突变分子机制及其在杂交育种和高光效育种中的应用方面综述水稻叶色突变体研究进展,并对部分受环境影响参与多种代谢途径的叶色基因进行了总结与讨论,以期为水稻分子设计育种提供参考。

Leaf color mutation is a common mutation phenotype of model plants. More than 190 leaf color variation materials have been found in rice, and several genes related to leaf color variation have been cloned, including chlorophyll synthesis, degradation and chloroplast differentiation and development. In this paper, the research progress of rice leaf color mutants was reviewed from the source of leaf color mutants, molecular mechanism of mutation and its application in cross breeding and high light efficiency breeding. Some leaf color genes involved in various metabolic pathways affected by environment were summarized and discussed in order to provide reference for rice molecular design and breeding.
