本文选取合适的本构模型,根据实验数据,通过ABAQUS软件进行拟合得到本构模型的参数。然后利用ABAQUS软件建立天窗密封条三维几何模型,通过模拟密封条的安装和使用变形过程,与实际密封条的安装使用情况对比,来对选取的本构模型进行验证,并用显式算法模拟天窗密封条的使用状况,找出密封条容易产生皱褶失效的地方,对密封条尺寸进行优化。

In this paper,select the appropriate constitutive model,according to the experimental data, obtained constitutive model by using ABAQUS software to carry on the fitting parameters. Then set up skylight sealing strip three-dimensional geometric model by using ABAQUS software,through simulate sealing strip installation and using process, compared with the actual usage of the installation of the sealing strip, verify selection of constitutive model, using explicit algorithm simulate the use of skylight sealing strip., find out the failure prone to ruffle seal, optimize the sealing strip size.
