突出煤层深孔水力致裂驱赶与浅孔抽采消突技术
Outburst control technology of hydraulic fracturing driving in deep hole and methane extraction in shallow hole for outburst coal seam
含瓦斯煤层水力致裂存在瓦斯驱赶效应。基于水力致裂的结构改造增透、瓦斯驱赶等作用,提出了深孔水力致裂驱赶与浅孔抽采的消突技术。理论与现场试验证明在突出煤层掘进工作面迎头施工区域防突钻孔,运用水力致裂孔、瓦斯抽采孔相结合的方式,采用"深孔压裂+瓦斯驱赶+浅孔抽采"的思路是实现掘进工作面区域消突的有效途径。通过优化水力致裂钻孔布置、互为卸压孔和观测孔、深封孔短封孔长度等保障了突出煤层掘进头超前深孔水力致裂驱赶的安全性。在水力致裂导致的孔隙水压力和瓦斯驱赶作用下,水力致裂结束后立即进行打钻(区域抽采孔),打钻较困难;过一段时间后打钻就非常容易,很少出现吸钻、喷孔、煤炮声等现象。实践证明,该技术实现了增透、弱化、瓦斯驱赶、抽采与注水湿润的有机结合,有效地提高了瓦斯抽采率和消除了突出危险性。薛湖矿突出煤层掘进节省了10个区域孔的工程量和施工时间,减少了瓦斯抽采时间。为突出煤层特别是单一低透煤层的消突提供了新的理念和技术途径。
Methane driving effect exists in hydraulic fracturing of methane-bearing coal seams. Based on the function of transforming structure, improving permeability, and driving methane of hydraulic fracturing, technology of removing outburst by hydraulic fracturing driving in deep hole and methane extraction in shallow hole of outburst coal seam is proposed and put into effect. Theory and field tests proved that the idea, "deep-hole hydraulic fracturing + methane driving + shallow-drilling-hole drainage", achieved by the construction of regional outburst preventing drilling-hole and the combination of hydraulic fracturing drilling-hole with methane extracting drilling-hole at the heading face is an effective way to eliminate the regional outburst of the heading face. By means of optimizing drilling-hole arrangement of hydraulic fracturing, alternating pressure relief hole and observation hole, reasonably determining deep hole sealing position and short hole sealing length, the safety of hydraulic fracturing driving in leading deep hole of heading face of outburst coal seam is guaranteed. Under the effect of pore water pressure caused by hydraulic fracturing and methane driving, immediately drilling a hole after hydraulic fracturing is very hard. After a period of time, it becomes very easy and the phenomena of drill sucking, drilling-hole spurting and coal booming seldom appear. As experience proves, the technology realizes the dynamic integration of permeability increasing, weakening, methane driving, extraction and water injection humidification, effectively improves methane extraction efficiency and eliminates outburst danger. Entry driving in outburst coal seam for Xuehu colliery saves work amount and time of 10 regional holes, and reduces time of methane extraction. This paper provides new ideas and technical approaches for removing outburst from outburst coal seam, especially from single, low permeability coal seams.
