下一代互联网中,IPv6必须实现对组播的支持,基于此目的论文设计并实现了IPv4-IPv6组播互通代理。在今后的实际应用中如果网络环境是骨干网为纯IPv6网络,而用户侧为IPv4网络,通过IPv4-IPv6组播互通代理将可以实现IPv4组播与IPv6组播的互通,这将为IPv4向IPv6的平滑过渡做出贡献。
IPv6 must support multicast in next generation of Internet. In this paper interworking function proxy between IPv4 and IPv6 multicast is designed and implemented. In the future if networking environment is like this customer premises is IPv4 network while backbone is pure IPv6 network, through interworking function proxy between IPv4 and IPv6 multicast it will make IPv4 multicast and IPv6 multicast interoperable. Hope this paper can make contribution for smooth transition from IPv4 to IPv6.
