超高温陶瓷材料的氧化烧蚀行为研究
Study on the oxidation and ablation behavior of ultra-high temperature ceramic
超高温陶瓷材料具有优异的高温物理和化学稳定性,在1800℃以上的高温氧化环境中具有良好的维型能力,是一种非常有前途的非烧蚀型防热结构材料,在高超声速飞行器、大气层再入飞行器和火箭推进系统中具有广阔的应用前景。本文系统地研究了超高温陶瓷材料的静态氧化行为及动态氧化烧蚀行为,揭示了影响超高温陶瓷材料抗氧化性能的主要控制因素和氧化机理,为超温陶瓷材料未来的优化设计及应用奠定理论基础。
Ultra-high temperature ceramics have excellent physical and chemical stability at high temperatures and exhibit a good dimensional stability at high temperature above 1800 ℃ in an oxidizing environment, which are very promising non-ablative thermal protective structural materials and can be used in hypersonic vehicle, atmospheric re-entry vehicles and rocket-propulsion system. This paper has provided systematic study on the static oxidation and dynamic oxidation and ablation behavior of ultra-high temperature ceramics, and has revealed the main controlling factors of oxidation resistance and oxidation mechanism for ultra-high temperature ceramics, which provides a theoretical foundation for the optimization and application for ultra-high temperature ceramics in the future.
