"金纳米颗粒-三元量子点"体系用于DNA分子杂交的传感检测的制备研究

在生物医学检测领域,检测DNA分子的杂交一直是备受关注的话题。金纳米棒(Gold nanorods, GNRs)具有更大的比表面积、较好的荧光共振能量转移特性(FRET)、其可对周围一定距离内荧光物质产生荧光淬灭效应。此外三元量子点具有独特的荧光性质,因此利用"金纳米棒-三元量子点"体系对DNA分子杂交进行传感检测具有巨大的应用价值。目前文献中对构建"金纳米棒-三元量子点"体系,同时利用该体系对DNA分子杂交的传感检测的研究报道甚少。本项目旨在构建"金纳米棒-三元量子点"体系,同时利用该体系检测DNA分子的杂交,为有关研究提供了基础。
In the field of biomedical detection, detection of DNA hybridization has been a hot topic. Gold nanorods (GNRs) have larger specific surface area, better fluorescence resonance energy transfer (FRET) characteristics, and can quench the fluorescence in a certain distance. In addition, the ternary quantum dots have unique fluorescence properties, so it is of great application value to detect DNA hybridization using gold nanorods ternary quantum dots system. At present, there are few reports on the construction of "gold nanorods triple quantum dots" system and the application of this system in the detection of DNA hybridization. The purpose of this project is to construct a "gold nanorod ternary quantum dot" system, and to detect DNA hybridization with this system, which provides a basis for related research?
