含碳纳米管渗透汽化膜的制备及在生物乙醇分离中的应用
he Fabrication of Carbon Nanotube Mixed Membrane and Its Application in Bioethanol Recovery
以涂覆法制备碳纳米管/聚二甲基硅氧烷(CNT/PDMS)复合膜,并利用渗透汽化技术分离乙醇水溶液。碳纳米管添加量为10 wt%的CNT/PDMS复合膜具有最优的分离性能,在30 ℃条件下分离浓度为80 g/L的乙醇水溶液,该复合膜的总通量和分离因子分别达到43.3 g/m2 h和6.3。进一步考察了原料液温度和浓度对CNTs/PDMS复合膜分离性能的影响,CNTs/PDMS复合膜的乙醇通量随温度和原料液浓度的升高而逐步提高。另外,复合膜溶胀度随溶液中乙醇浓度的升高而明显增大。以上研究说明,含碳纳米管的渗透汽化膜可有效从水溶液中分离乙醇,并在生物法生产燃料乙醇的分离纯化中有很好的应用前景。
he carbon nanotubes (CNTs) filled polydimethylsiloxane (PDMS) hybrid membrane was fabricated to evaluate its potential for ethanol recovery by using pervaporation. The maximum total flux and ethanol separation factor reached up to 43.3 g/m2 h and 6.3, respectively, when the PDMS membrane filled with 10 wt% CNTs was used to separate ethanol from the ethanol/water solution at 30℃. In addition, the ethanol flux increased dramatically with the increasing of temperature and ethanol titer in feed. Furthermore, the swelling ratios of membranes increased quickly with the increasing of the concentration of the solution in the range inner examining. The demonstrating results indicated that CNTs mixed membrane had great potentials in ethanol recovery from fermentation broth in bioethanol fermenation.
