旋转压滤机单位过滤面积质量流量的试验研究

Experimental Study of filtrate mass flow per filter unit on the Rotary Filter-Press

研究了旋转式压滤机单位过滤面积上的滤液质量流量、末级滤液质量流量、滤渣含固率及入料悬浮液的平均含固浓度。通过测定充满某体积容器的时间来标定滤液质量流量,绘制滤液质量流量与末级滤液质量流量占滤液质量流量比重基于时间的函数关系曲线,并计算出整个压滤过程中的滤液总量。在压滤过程结束后,从滤渣中取样、烘干,得出样品的含固率,最后通过物料平衡原理计算出入料悬浮液的平均含固浓度。

he filtrate mass flow, the last stage filtrate mass flow, the solid-state rate of sludge and the average solid density of the entering material suspending liquid per filter unit on the rotary filter-press was studied. Through measuring the time that fills some volume vessel, demarcated the filtrate mass flow, drew the functional relation curve of the filtrate mass flow and the last stage filtrate mass flow accounts for the filtrate mass flow proportion based on the time respectively, and then calculated the filtrate total amount in the entering filter pressing process. At the end of the filter pressing process, took sample from the sediment, dried it, got the rate of solid-state of it, and then calculated the average solid density of the entering material suspending liquid according to the principle of mass balance.
