一种全隐式伴随梯度油藏生产优化方法
Fully Implicit Reservoir Production Optimization Method With Adjoint Gradient
经济高效开发已探明石油资源是油气田开发工作者追求的目标。实现的途径之一就是立足现有的生产条件让油藏开发实时处于最优状态,这也是智能油田的核心内容之一。文章提出了一种新的生产优化控制方法,以油藏开发生产净现值最大化为目标,通过求解开发生产的数学模型,实时优化油藏的输入输出控制参数,获取最优的生产方案。常规极大值原理方法需要两次时间序列求解计算,本文利用全隐式模拟器的系数矩阵直接得到所需的伴随方程,将模拟计算和离散极大值原理梯度求解高效结合,大大提高了模型求解效率,节省了计算时间。通过理论研究,对油藏实例进行了分析,结果表明获得的最优生产方案符合油田实际,为智能油田体系提供了理论和技术支撑。
he objective pursued by developers of reservoir is to exploit demonstrated reserves more efficiently and economically. One possible approach to tackle this problem is to produce oil in a dynamic real-time optimal state on the basis of existing production conditions, which is one of the cores of smart field. A new optimal control method is proposed in this research. The optimal objective is to maximize net present value of production and mathematical model is solved to determine real-time control settings and obtain optimal production schedule. Conventional solving method of maximum principle requires two solutions of time series. In this paper, the adjoint equation can be directly obtained from the matrix of full implicit simulator, which combine efficiently the process of reservoir simulation with solving gradient by maximum principle. This method saves computing time and enhance efficiency of solving model. Based on the above theoretical study, applied examples of reservoir are analyzed. The results show optimal production scheme are coincident with the demand of actual field and it will provide a strong theoretical basis and technical support for smart field system.
