his paper brings forward a method to design a real time image collection system that use numeral camera. Through the analysis of application interface library of the numeral camera, a method of constructing image collection frame is set forth, and the process of collecting image is analyzed. The system of this paper designed can be used to some video image processing item such as video object monitoring and controlling, object inspecting and trailing.
