基于风险管理的外来生物入侵关键点控制管理体系研究

ombining the risk management theory with risk analysis approach of alien biological invasion, a critical point control method against alien species invasion is provided in this paper according to the HACCP（Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point） principle used for food safety control. Aiming at three invasive pathways of alien species such as intentional introduction，unintentional introduction and naturally spread, many critical control points (CCP) are defined in the invasion pathways of alien species, a series of specific control measurements was suggested in each CCP in order to decrease the probability of alien species invasion and increase the efficiency of administration and control against alien biological invasion.
