窗与油烟机距离对厨房污染物的影响
he Influence of the Distance from Window to Extractor hood on theEnvironment Pollutants in the Residential Kitchen
目的 研究在窗作为厨房的自然补风口,窗口与油烟机的不同距离下厨房污染物浓度分布状况,探求厨房窗口与油烟机的最佳距离。方法 运用CFD-fluent 6.2模拟软件对住宅厨房油烟机与窗口的不同距离下污染物浓度分别进行模拟研究并将油烟机与窗口距离为1.9m的模拟结果与实测数据进行对比分析。结果 油烟机与窗口距离为1.8-2.0m时厨房内污染物能得到比较好的控制,污染物浓度符合规范要求。结论 油烟机与窗口的距离对厨房空气品质有一定的影响,在一定范围内,窗口与油烟机距离增加时有利于提高厨房空气品质,当窗口与油烟机距离增加到一定距离时再增加窗口与油烟机距离对厨房空气品质影响不大。
Investigated pollutant distributions under the condition of natural ventilation and different distance between window and extractor hood, so as to get an optimal distance. The CFD-fluent 6.2 software was used to simulate concentration distribution of pollutants in the different cases and compared with simulation results from the practical measure at the distance of 1.9m. Setting distance for 1.8-2.0m, it can reduce the pollutant concentration in the kitchen effectively, and pollutant concentration conforms to the specification. The simulation results of pollutant concentration indicate that the distance from window to extractor hood can have an impact on the emissions of pollutants. The increasing distance benefits kitchen air quality. However, the effect of the distance from window to extractor hood to diffusion is not obvious when the distance is at some degree.
