MOS工艺下高摆幅共源共栅偏置电路
High-Swing Coscode Bias Circuit Based on CMOS Techniques
共源共栅级放大器可提供较高的输出阻抗和减少米勒效应,在放大器领域有很多的应用。本文提出一种COMS工艺下简单的高摆幅共源共栅偏置电路,且能应用于任意电流密度。根据饱和电压和共源共栅级电流密度的定义,本文提出器件宽长比与输出电压摆幅的关系,并设计一种高摆幅的共源共栅级偏置电路。
ascode Ampilifier can not only provide higher output resistance and larger gain if the load is also high resistance, but also reduce the Miller effect. So it can be used in many amplifiers field. This paper proposed a simple bias circuit that allows for maximum output voltage swing of MOSFET cascade stage in CMOS technics. The circuit is valid for any current density and is technology independent. According to the saturation voltage as defined in [1],and the current density of the cascade stage, we determine the aspect ratio of the transistor in the bias circuit in order to maximize the output swing .
