等离子喷涂WC-12Co涂层的摩擦磨损性能研究

Study on the formation mechanism and tribological properties of WC-12Co coating deposited by plasma spraying

利用等离子喷涂制备WC-12Co涂层,用X射线衍射仪分析涂层的成分,探讨了涂层的形成机理。在CETR UMT-2摩擦磨损试验机上用用Si3N4陶瓷球作为对磨副,对涂层进行了球盘式的滑动摩擦磨损试验。利用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对磨损表面进行了微观分析,探讨了WC-12Co涂层的摩擦磨损机理。结果表明:在喷涂过程中形成了W2C新相,且涂层的磨损率较低,其磨损以磨粒磨损为主。

he WC-12Co coating was obtained through plasma spray, X-ray diffraction, CETR UMT-2 and SEM were used to examine the formation mechanism and tribological properties of the coating. The results showed that: during the spraying process a new phase (W2C) was formed and there is a lower wear rate of the coating, the wear mechanism present primarily abrasive wear.
