SFD对于转子轴承系统动力特性影响分析

Impact Analysis to the Dynamic property Of The Rotor System from the Squeeze Film Damper

建立了挤压油膜阻尼器-滑动轴承-刚性转子系统这一强非线性系统的耦合动力学模型,采用Runge-Kutta法对上述动力学方程进行求解,进而对上述系统运动响应的分叉行为、固有特性和稳定性进行了研究。计算结果表明:系统能够在一定范围内保持稳定的单周期运动,随着转速的变化系统将会出现倍周期、准周期等运动形态;在转子系统在加入SFD以后,临界转速将有所降低,而且过临界转速时转子系统的动力响应有大幅度的降低,对于转子系统的运动稳定性,特别是跨越临界转速时的运动稳定性有较大幅度的改善。以上的分析结果,将为有效地控制转子的稳定运行状态提供一定的理论依据。

Had established the SFD - sliding bearing - rigid rotor system this strong nonlinear system\??s coupling dynamics model, used the Runge-Kutta law to carry on the solution to the above dynamic equation, then to the above system movement response\??s furcation behavior, the intrinsic property and the stability had conducted the research. The computed result indicated: the system can based on this maintain the stable monocycle movement, will present time of movement shapes and so on cycle, quasi-periodic along with the rotational speed change system; in rotor system after joining SFD, the critical rotation speeds will have reduce, when critical rotation speeds rotor system\??s power response has large scale reduction, regarding rotor system\??s movement stability, specially surmounts when the critical rotation speeds the movement stability has the great scope improvement. The above analysis result is very important to controlling rotor\??s steady operation condition through providing certain theory basis effectively.
