基于PZT的相移控制器的设计
he Design of Phase-shift Control System Based on PZT
相移位相测量方法的实质是相位调制,而相位调制的关键是相移器的选取。本文选取PZT作为白光相移干涉技术中移相的执行器,采用PSD光电位置传感器检测位移的大小进行实时反馈,构成电压-位移的闭环控制系统。该控制系统有效的解决了PZT的非线性、蠕动特性、迟滞特性对移相精度的影响,实现了相移控制系统自动化、小型化的目的。
he measurement of the phase shift is the essence of the phase modulation, the selection of phase modulation is the key to phase shifter. This paper selecting PZT phase shift as a white phase-shifting interferometry in the actuator,using PSD displacement photoelectric position sensor for real-time feedback on the size, constitutes a voltage - displacement of the closed-loop control system. The control system has effectively solved the PZT nonlinearity, creep characteristics, hysteresis of phase accuracy to realize a phase shift control system for automation, miniaturization purposes.
