考虑带钢的弯曲刚度和重力,利用Hamilton原理推导出连续热镀锌冷却段带钢的三维非线性动力学方程,研究了带钢重力、带钢规格和带钢初始张力等参数对固有频率的影响。结果表明:(1) 同一规格带钢,重力对系统纵向固有频率没有影响,对系统不同方向的横向固有频率有不同程度的影响,其影响程度随弯曲刚度增大而减弱;(2) 同一规格带钢,重力对同一方向不同阶频率的影响程度呈现不同的规律,面内横向频率的影响程度随着阶数的升高而逐渐减弱,而面外横向频率的基本保持不变;(3) 同一规格带钢,重力对同一方向横向频率的影响程度随初始张力增大而减小;(4) 不同规格带钢,重力对同一方向横向频率的影响程度保持在同一数量级,但其影响程度随着带钢厚度增大呈现增大的趋势。因此,对于厚度很大或张力不足的带钢板,重力对固有频率的影响不应忽略。

he influence of gravitational force on the natural frequency of strip steel is studied. The three dimensional nonlinear dynamical equations of strip steel are formulated by Hamiltonian principle. And the influences of gravitational force, size and initial tension on strip steel are considered during the deduction. As a result, the influence of gravitational force on longitudinal frequency is negligible, and it is degressive on transverse frequency of strip steel as bending rigidity is increased. As the order of modal increasing,the influence of gravitational force on the in-plane transverse frequency is weaken, but the influence of gravitational force on the out-of-plane transverse frequency is almost constant. The influence of gravitational force is degressive on transverse frequency of strip steel as initial tension is increased, but it is opposite side as the thickness of strip steel is increased. Hence, the influence of gravitational force is not negligible for the heavy thickness or the low tension of strip steel.
