污水处理BOT项目特许价格的调整方法研究

oncession operation has become increasingly popular in the development of wastewater treatment projects in cities of China. However, there lack applicable methods to adjust the concession price of such BOT projects. The key risks which influence the adjustment of concession price in wastewater treatment projects have been identified through literature review and project survey. The suggestion of risk allocation between the government and the project company has been presented here also. According to key risks assumed by the government, there operable adjustment methods have been suggested.
