乳液插层法制备天然橡胶/蒙脱土纳米复合材料的研究

采用乳液插层法值得了天然橡胶/蒙脱土复合材料,并对其性能进行了研究。TEM研究表明,蒙脱土粒子达到纳米级分散,制得了插层型纳米复合材料;对材料的力学性能进行了研究,研究表明蒙脱土对天然橡胶有明显的补强作用,当蒙脱土含量较小时,补强效果尤为明显;TGA研究表明,材料的热稳定性能优异。
he NR/MMT nanocomposites were prepared by intercalation in latex, and their properties were investigated. The results of TEM confirm the nano-structure. The mechanical properties were studied. The results showed that MMT exhibits obviously reinforcement, and NR/MMT nanocomposites possessed excellent properties when the content of MMT is small. The TGA analysis showed that the thermal stability of nanocomposites is excellent.
