植物根际微生态促生系统的构建与应用研究

【目的】化肥农药的长期使用,造成的植物根际微生态严重失调,为改善根际微生态,增加土壤中微生物种群数量、改善土壤环境,本文采用核技术和微生物共生技术构建了一种植物根际微生态促生系统,并在实践中应用验证。【方法】通过对60Co-γ射线辐射改性方法制备高吸水性竹纤维,并筛选出与改性竹纤维共生的微生物功能菌群,由高吸水性竹纤维、与竹纤维共生的微生物功能菌群和植物根际三者组成根际微生态促生系统。【结果】试验结果表明,该植物根际微生态促生系统可以促进经济林木的生长发育,实验组的柑橘(Citrus reticulata)太阳果率下降64.3%,落果率下降61.5%,10cm深的柑橘土壤层含水量增加39.1%。实验组的大蒜(Allium sativum L)根系数量平均增加9.33条,根系长度平均增加5.46cm,根系鲜重量平均增加14.4g,分别增加19.2%,126.4%和158.9 %,实验组的番茄(Solanum lycopersicum)根系中的硝酸还原酶酶活增加了890%,根系活力增加120.3%。【结论】植物根际微生态促生系统是一种适应性广、价值高、应用型强的高效植物促生系统,具有很高的应用价值,为改善目前植物微生态严重失调问题提供了一种很好的途径。

【Objective】The long-term use of chemical fertilizers and pesticides has caused serious imbalances in the rhizosphere microecology of plants. In order to improve the rhizosphere microecology, increase the number of microbial populations in the soil and improve the soil environment, this paper uses nuclear technology and microbial symbiosis technology to construct a plant rhizosphere microecological promotion system and it has been validated in practice. 【Methods】the super absorbent bamboo fiber was prepared by 60Co-γ-ray radiation, and the microbial functional flora, which was composed of the super absorbent bamboo fiber, the microbial functional flora and the plant rhizosphere, was screened out. 【Results】The experimental results showed that the micro ecological growth promoting system could promote the growth and development of economic trees. In the experimental group, the sun fruit rateof Citrus reticulata decreased by 64.3%, the fruit drop rate decreased by 61.5%, and the water content in the 10 cm deep citrus soil layer increased by 39.1%. In the experimental group, the number of rootsin Allium sativum increased by 9.33, the length of roots increased by 5.46cm, the fresh weight of roots increased by 14.4g, increased by 19.2%, 126.4% and 158.9% respectively, the nitrate reductase activity in rootsof Solanum lycopersicum increased by 890%, and the root activity increased by 120.3%. 【Conclusion】Plant rhizosphere microecological growth promoting system is a kind of highly effective plant growth promoting system with wide adaptability, high value and strong application type, which has high application value, and provides a good way to improve the serious imbalance of plant microecology.
