In addition, the popularity of Internet and the improvement of human capital level also have a positive role in promoting the upgrading of industrial structure of a country or region, but the influence of economic development level, foreign direct investment, population scale and economic intensity of government intervention on the upgrading of industrial structure of a country or region is uncertain. At the same time, through sample estimation, it is found that the effect of service trade liberalization on industrial structure upgrading in middle-income countries or regions is more obvious than that in low-income and high-income countries or regions. Compared with the export of service trade, the import of service trade can promote the upgrading of industrial structure of a country or region more. The opening up of transportation services, insurance services and intellectual property services has a greater promoting effect on the upgrading of industrial structure than that of financial services and information services, while the opening up of construction services has no obvious effect on the upgrading of industrial structure of a country or region.
