《生态环境状况评价技术规范(试行)》中存在的问题及解决方法

nalyze and discusse some issues related to"technical criterion for eco-environmental status evaluation(Trial Implementation)"(technical criterion for short),thinke that the using of index,the selection of normalization coefficients, the water network density index,the calculation method of land degradation index in technical criterion have certain problems.The definition of index is not clear and the application of index is not representative.The selection of normalization coefficients not only exist the evaluation scale selection problem,and using the normalized coefficients may ignore the difference in the index of ecological function.Water network density index does not use weights, simply adding indicators of various types of water network directly without weight distribution appears to be not objective.Land degradation index and ecological environment index (EI) have the contrary logic contradiction.Discussing the existing problems, hopes to provide technical support to China's ecological environmental impact assessment research and development.
