地铁盾构隧道下穿覆土中雨污管线穿越角度影响分析

随着城市轨道交通网络的进一步发展,大量的地铁盾构隧道临近甚至紧贴市政管线施工建设,盾构隧道开挖造成的土体卸荷,不可避免地作用于邻域内的市政管线。本文应用三维数值模拟的方法,以北京地铁7号线下穿雨污管线工程为依托,分析了地铁盾构隧道下穿覆土中雨污管线穿越角度的影响。研究成果表明:1)无论管节中间位于盾构隧道正上方或者企口位于盾构隧道正上方,管线最大径向应力和最大轴向应力始终出现在盾构隧道轴线与管线交叉点位置;2)盾构隧道以较小角度穿越管线时,应力、转角等变化量较小,对管线影响较小。研究结果对相关工程的设计和施工有一定的借鉴意义。

With the rapid development of urban rail transit network,a large number of subway shield tunnel near or even close to the municipal pipeline construction. The shield tunneling excavation causing the unloading of neighborhood soil, inevitable role in the municipal pipeline. In this paper, the numerical simulation method has been applied, a detailed analysis on the disaster mechanism of large diameter pipelines effect by the shield tunnel with multi-angle construction, relying on the Beijing Metro Line 7 through rain water and sewage pipeline project. The calculation results show that regardless the pipe section or the pipeline tongue-and-groove located in directly above of the shield tunnel, the maximum radial stress and axial stress appears on the intersection of the shield tunnel and pipeline. Crossing the shield tunnel with small angle, the amount of change in stress and corner would be small,and less impact on the pipeline. The results of this paper has certain reference significance for the design and construction of the relevant engineering.
