Municipal water supply network based on ArcGIS
本文对ArcGIS的概念和功能进行了简单的讨论，对城市供水管网的情况进行了分析。介绍了城市供水管网的总体目标，系统结构和功能模块，以C Sharp为开发工具，以Arc/Info为GIS开发平台，选用SQL Server数据库，采用AE﹙ArcGISEngine﹚组件集成二次开发供水管网GIS系统。实现图元编辑、信息查询、空间分析、系统管理、可视化显示等功能。供水管网的建立，使企业的管理水平大大提高，为供水管网的未来奠定了坚实的基础。
he conception and function of ArcGIS are discussed simply. The situation of municipal water supply network is discussed. The overall aim, system structure and function modules of municipal water supply network are introduced. The system is developed by C# based on ArcGIS Engine and SQL Server databse to realize the function of data editing, information query,spatial analysis, systems management and visual display. The establishment of the municipal water supply network makes the management level improved greatly and makes a solid foundation for water supply network in the future.
