基于树莓派的文字识别系统设计

文字与图像是人类获得外界信息的重要来源,对其进行自动识别与提取具有重要的现实意义,本文重点研究了文字检测与识别算法,并将传统的文字检测识别算法与基于深度学习的文字检测识别算法进行了对比。首先,利用了MSER+NMS算法进行了简单场景中的文字检测与识别。其次,以CTPN算法为基础,作为复杂场景的检测算法,通过添加Hough变换算法校正倾斜文本图像和图像超分辨率重建算法(SRCNN),将输入的图像进行了一定的预处理,保证输入的图像不会干扰CTPN检测的准确率。再次,以CRNN算法作为系统文字识别的算法。为了提高文字识别网络的特征提取能力,对CRNN算法进行了改进,在卷积层增加了一个Inception V3网络,将两个网络结合在一起,通过增加网络的深度,构建更深层次的卷积网络提升CRNN算法提取特征的性能。最后,以树莓派作为系统的实现平台,通过使用深度学习技术和树莓派硬件设计了一款文字检测识别系统。
ext and images are an important source for human beings to obtain external information, and automatic recognition and extraction of them have important practical significance, this paper focuses on the study of text detection and recognition algorithms, and compares the traditional text detection and recognition algorithms with the text detection and recognition algorithms based on deep learning. Firstly, the MSER+NMS algorithm is used to detect and recognize text in simple scenes. Secondly, based on the CTPN algorithm, as a detection algorithm for complex scenes, by adding the Hough transformation algorithm to correct the oblique text image and the image super-resolution reconstruction algorithm (SRCNN), the input image is preprocessed to ensure that the input image will not interfere with the accuracy of CTPN detection. Again, the CRNN algorithm is used as the algorithm for system text recognition. In order to improve the feature extraction capability of the text recognition network, the CRNN algorithm is improved, and an Inception V3 network is added to the convolutional layer, combining the two networks to improve the performance of the CRNN algorithm to extract features by increasing the depth of the network and building a deeper convolutional network. Finally, with Raspberry Pi as the implementation platform of the system, a text detection and recognition system was designed by using deep learning technology and Raspberry Pi hardware.
