模拟电路故障字典自动生成仿真平台的建立
Simulation Framework Establishment of Fault Dictionary Auto-generating for Analog Circuits
基于本课题组开发的模拟电路硬故障(开路和短路故障)字典自动生成平台,结合模拟电路软故障诊断理论的新发展,实现了模拟电路软故障字典自动生成,建立了模拟电路硬故障和软故障的统一故障字典自动生成平台。基于斜率故障模型和节点电压增量关系方程线性相关系数比故障模型,编程实现了模拟电路单软故障、双软故障的字典自动生成,以及基于闭环运放的模块级软故障字典自动生成。本文详细介绍了软故障字典的算法理论和仿真平台的结构,并通过实例电路仿真给出了自动生成的故障字典。
Based on the developed hard fault (open and short faults) dictionary auto-generating framework for analog circuits, and combined the new research progress of the theory of soft fault diagnosis, we achieved the soft fault dictionary auto-generating, and established the unified framework of both hard and soft fault dictionary auto-generating for analog circuits. Based on the slope fault model and the linear relativity coefficient of node-voltage increments relation function fault model, we programmed to realize the auto-generating of single soft fault and double soft faults dictionary for analog circuits, and the modular soft fault dictionary auto-generating of closed-loop operational amplifier based analog circuits, too. This paper introduced the algorithm and theory of soft fault dictionary and structure of the simulation framework with detail, and finally simulation results of auto-generating fault dictionary of example circuits are given.
