Conclusion: Inner Mongolia Mongolian medicine of traditional Chinese medicine hospital medical service ability to provide stable growth; Comprehensive management ability level need to be further improved; Mongolian medicine accounted for stable proportion of drug income growth; Need to strengthen the talents construction; Continuing education need to promptly implement.
