近年来,脉冲功率技术向着高工作频率的方向发展。触发真空开关作为一种重要的闭合开关,也应该朝此目标发展。然而,这个领域的研究很少。采用常见电极结构的触发真空开关的高频电流开断特性还不了解。本文通过改变电感值,在4种不同振荡频率的回路中对触发真空开关进行了实验,得到了高振荡频率下触发真空开关的基本特性。同时发现电流以不同的方式过零时,触发真空开关开断现象不同,并受到振荡频率的影响。这些结果都将为高功率可重复工作的触发真空开关的研制提供参考。

In recent years, pulse power technology is developing towards the goal of high working frequency. The TVS should also develop towards this goal as an important kind of closing switches. However, researches in this field are rare. The high frequency current interruption characteristics of the TVS with common electrode structure have not yet been known. In this experiment, the TVS is tested under 4 different oscillating frequencies by varying the inductance and the basic characteristics of the TVS under high oscillating frequency are acquired. The difference between the interruptions with the different ways that the current passes zero is also discovered. All these will supply reference for the development of the high power repetitive TVS.
