研究了市场需求外生和市场需求内生情形下,战略客户行为带给零售商利润的影响。根据以往研究可知,当市场需求随机情形下,价格承诺和数量承诺可以缓解战略客户行为带来的消极影响。现在,不仅研究市场需求是随机的,而且研究了需求随价格变化情形。通过研究可知,首先,无论需求内生还是需求外生,战略客户行为对零售商利润都造成了损失;其次,在需求外生情形下,赠品促销策略可以提高零售商利润,而价格保护策略能否能够提高零售商利润,与产品自身估值以及零售商赔偿能力有关;最后,在需求内生情形下,价格承诺策略不同于需求随机下的情形,价格承诺反而使得零售商利润降低,而赠品促销策略仍然可以提高零售商利润。
