氟对体外培养人牙乳头间充质细胞合成I型胶原的影响

目的 研究氟对体外培养人牙乳头间充质细胞合成I型胶原的影响。方法 体外培养人牙乳头间充质细胞,不同浓度氟( 0.0g/L、0.2×10-6g/L、1.0×10-6g/L、5.0×10-6g/L、25×10-6g/L)处理细胞,免疫细胞化学染色,图象分析氟对细胞合成I型胶原的影响。结果 免疫细胞化学染色结果显示,所有实验组细胞均有I型胶原棕黄色着色,图象分析显示,各组间着色无统计学差异。结论 人牙乳头细胞I型胶原合成可能对氟不敏感。
Objective To investigate the effects of fluoride on type I collagen in cultured human dental palilla cells. Methods Cultured human dental papilla cells were treated with fluoride of 0.0g/L、0.2×10-6g/L、1.0×10-6g/L、5.0×10-6g/L、25×10-6g/L. Immunocytochemistry and image analysis were introduced to access the content of type I collagen in cells. Results it was showed that type I collagen was stained in human dental palilla cells , however, statistic analysis exhibited that experimental fluoride (0.0g/L、0.2×10-6g/L、1.0×10-6g/L、5.0×10-6g/L and 25×10-6 g/L) had not effects on collagen protein synthesizing in cultured cells. Conclusion collagen I protein synthesizing may not sensitive to fluoride.
